Speedometer panel

Hi wind friends;

I am from Turkey and looking for some xf650 parts.

I need immediately speedometer panel. I found them from bike-teile.de.

I'm not sure how to help you there. The links you posted all have contact information in them, I'd suggest you just write emails to the vendors and ask them what you want to know. (If they don't speak any English they'll probably not deliver outside Germany either. But many Germans do speak English.)
If you need translations of the pages, try http://translate.google.com. You might even let this translate your emails, but results may have poor quality.

Concerning the technical information: What do you want to know? I don't know much about it either; but a freewind's speedometer should go with any freewind.
