I purchased my bike from the land of unrestrained highways but I'm not getting the full XF650 experience
I don't want to overexplain this. The limiter has to come out! Assuming the legal/TÜV part was already taken care of, What should I be looking for and how should it be done? I don't understand what happened because I don't speak German. It took a lot of courage for me to finally post this.
"Drosselblende" = orifice plates
It reduced the intake manifold between carburettor and cylinder head, to a certain diameter.
After removeing the carburettor, you can pull the "Drosselblende" out of the intake manifold.
best regards

thank you for the quick response! It is good news that I don't have to replace anything. I will have them removed once I visit a mechanic for yearly maintenance
But do not except that mich Mord power it they are removed... I Bad the same limitors, and the only difference was that the XF's speed from 6500rpm to 8000rpm increased a little...
