Hello, after the falling of my suzi, i have changed mi handlebar, with an enduro type for DR.
At the end of work......is impossible to start the motor:
Ive made some checks, as from service manual, also with Vmeter:
- light i.o, control paneli i.o.
- button on handlebar i.O (also motor stop)
- starter i.O (connected directly starts)
- neutral and side stand check i.O.
- anlasserrelais Ohm check (isolatio) is i.o.
two evidence:
- diode gives a different voltage (respect service manual)
- from button to relais (greenyellow) No continuity
have you suggestion?
is possible that a wrong wiring contact was caused during replacement of handlebar?
