Xf650 handlebar bolts hit subframe

That's not normal. Have you or a previous owner ever crashed or laid down the bike?

EDIT:
Watching the video again, I'd say the subframe is warped or misaligned. Remove the fairing and headlight. Then try to loosen the subframe and move its lower edge forward. If that does not help, slightly bend the lower part outward, out of the way of the triple tree clamps. It's steel so it will not break.

Thanks, I only have the bike for one year and a half, I don't know what happened to it before But fairings are in good condition. I will check it when I sync the carbs.

Now I remember I found it once falen on the left side. But I don't think the subframe takes a hit when it falls. It's the handlebar and fork that takes the hit.

I used a chisel to bend it a little forward.
