I had the same problem. After replacing with a new sensor everything was fine. Before you do it. Check its connector under the fuel tank to make sure it doesn't send the ground signal. If it does, then check if voltage gets to the bulb.

I have it since I bought the bike. When you use the starter sometimes the voltage from the battery drops too much and the memory gets ereased, I didn't find a solution. But it happens rarely. I don't use the trip meter anymore so I less care about it .

The space between the fender and the bumper is very large. It will only touch it if you bend it hard or if the motorcycle falls. Why didn't they make it farther away so it touches the fender?

Someone has already helped me on the Facebook group. I was missing a ball bearing and a spring to keep the lid stuck at open.

Can anyone show me how this little metal piece should go in the fuel cap and what part am i missing there?

How did you connect the vacuum port of the carb to the fuel petcock? the diameters are not the same, which means you had to keep the t splitter and plug the other end of it?
Did you leave the hose between the air cleaner port and the carbs connected instead of plugging them?

What's the purpose of this metal on the exhaust, it has a rubber cushion but it never touches the fender, there is space between them.
