Did you check the nuetral bulb contacts at the speedo?

I think if you put the slide in the wrong way you would have noticed that it doesn't sit. See here:

I also removed this system and plugged the carbureator entrance. It wasn't in use any way since I installed an NSU of a dr without the other 2 contacts for the second and third gear. I only left the throttle position sensor as the manual says you shouldn't touch it because it's was adjusted by the m...

I had the same problem. After replacing with a new sensor everything was fine. Before you do it. Check its connector under the fuel tank to make sure it doesn't send the ground signal. If it does, then check if voltage gets to the bulb.

I have it since I bought the bike. When you use the starter sometimes the voltage from the battery drops too much and the memory gets ereased, I didn't find a solution. But it happens rarely. I don't use the trip meter anymore so I less care about it .

The space between the fender and the bumper is very large. It will only touch it if you bend it hard or if the motorcycle falls. Why didn't they make it farther away so it touches the fender?

The aluminum shield is not related to this part. this part is under the right fender. See here:

Someone has already helped me on the Facebook group. I was missing a ball bearing and a spring to keep the lid stuck at open.

Can anyone show me how this little metal piece should go in the fuel cap and what part am i missing there?
