Hi, does someone knows, or did swapped rear shock-suspension on xf650 with some other rear suspension from some other motorcycle?
Im asking because I have rear suspension on hard setting, but its still too soft. In front forks I have progressive springs and more thick fork oil and now the rear is way too soft its swinging in corners...
Kind regards

Hm wilbers is good, but its very expencive

My friend swapped rear suspension on sv650s 03model with kawasaki z1000 oem rear suspension and the difference in driving was huge...
I thought if someone used oem suspension from some other bike, and replaced it with stock xf suspension...

Another cheap way is to use the spring from a Honda 900 Hornet.
It is a harder spring and it works good.
I used it in my sons Freewind.
Try to get one in ebay.
In my Freewind, I used a wilbers from a Yamaha FZR 1000. But you need some selfmade bushings.
This is a very little longer and works perfect.
Its easier to find one from the FZR1000 than an used one for the Freewind. And it is complete adjustable.
