New XF....new problem!!! Carburator??

Ah....the scales fell from my eyes, it´s a gasket...so it really won´t be funktional.
Sorry for that....the seal of my mower was alike paper.

OK .....problem solved with a complete carburator cleaning, and revision with needle and seals.

It's correct that with the Gasoline Off-On valve on pipe, in upwards position Reserve, the carburator is running in the right way, with gasoline going in the carburators only while running? Otherwise gasoline is coming to carburators also when engine is stopped.

Yeah, in the PRI setting fuel flows right through the tap. In the other two settings fuel only flows if the engine is running. The mechanism is activated buy low pressure on the small hose that goes into the direction of the carbs.
